Subtitled adds subtitles to a video in your browser. Drop in an MP4, MOV or WebM, pick the subtitle language, and download the video with the subtitles burned in, plus an .srt file. It recognises speech in more than 60 languages, translates into 16, names each speaker, and costs $0.50 per hour of video. The video itself never leaves your computer; only its sound is sent to be transcribed.
