Subtitled translates a conversation both ways. The other person is captioned in your chat's language, and with Translate my voice on, what you say appears under your camera in theirs, picked by you or matched to the language they speak. For an Arabic and Hebrew conversation, each side is translated into the other at the same time. It costs $1.00 per hour of talk.

If the chat site takes your camera from OBS Virtual Camera, add the Your captions source to that scene too. The person you are talking to then reads your words in their own language, under your face.
Without headphones your microphone hears the other person through your speakers, and their words get translated a second time as if you said them. Headphones keep each side on its own line.
When someone already speaks the language the captions are in, Subtitled leaves them uncaptioned instead of repeating what your viewers can already read, and picks up again when another language is spoken.
Yes. Turn on Translate my voice and add the Your captions source under your camera. If your camera reaches the chat site through OBS Virtual Camera, they see it too.
Each person being translated is billed for the time they are talking, at $1.00 per hour, and silence is not counted.
Yes. Choose Arabic and Hebrew as the caption language and each speaker is translated into the other at once, both set right to left.
In Podcast mode everyone on the show is captioned into one caption language. Guests who join from a link are each captioned from their own microphone.
